These terms describe the use of Navlu’s catalog search, embedded assistants and related features. By using Navlu, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for your projects and for people you authorize to use your account. You must be authorized to act for the business whose catalog you connect.
Your catalog and content
You retain your rights in the catalogs, images and other content you provide. You give Navlu permission to process that content to deliver the features you request. You are responsible for its accuracy and for the permissions needed to upload, display and generate variations of it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, infringement, unauthorized data collection or attempts to bypass access controls, usage limits or security measures. We may restrict access when needed to address abuse or protect the service.
Credits and paid features
Credits pay for usage recorded in your dashboard. Paid feature access and generation usage may be charged separately where indicated at purchase. Prices and purchase details are shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided through Creem, whose buyer terms also apply to those transactions. Refund requests are covered by our Refunds page.
Recommendations and availability
Search and generated content may contain mistakes. Store owners remain responsible for their catalog, stock, prices, customer communications and orders. Navlu does not guarantee that every search will return a result or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Changes and ending use
You can stop using the assistant by removing the embed and contact us about closing your account. We may update features and these terms; the current version is published here. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
