This notice explains how Navlu, a product by Naylalabs, processes information when you use our website, dashboard and shopping assistants.
Information we process
We process account details, project settings, product catalogs, uploaded images, conversation messages, search results, usage records and payment references. Technical information, such as IP addresses and security checks, helps us protect the service. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information in chats or catalog feeds.
How information is used
We use this information to operate accounts, import and search catalogs, provide contextual recommendations, generate requested images, account for usage, process purchases and investigate service or security issues. Conversation history is used to understand follow-up requests.
Service providers
Relevant content may be processed by the providers needed to deliver the requested feature: TypeSafe for product judgments, OpenRouter and its selected model providers for language or image generation, Cloudflare for delivery and abuse protection, and Creem for payments. Their processing may take place outside your country. Payment card details are handled through the payment provider rather than entered into the Navlu dashboard.
Cookies and storage
Login sessions, language preferences and security checks use cookies or browser storage. Embedded assistants also use conversation identifiers to maintain a conversation. Store owners are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consent where required on their own websites.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, support the account, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact Naylalabs to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
Store responsibilities
A store controls the catalog and the context in which its assistant is offered. Store owners must have permission to upload their data and provide appropriate information to their visitors. For a conversation on a merchant website, contact that merchant first about its handling of your information.
